Guestline, one of the leading PMS providers, has joined forces with Jurudata, an all-in-one hospitality solution supplier.
The partnership will save hotelier’s time and minimise lost revenue with a PMS integration to Jurudata's telephone software WINPAC.
This new API integration will enable bi-directional functionality between the hotel’s PMS and telephone systems, including Alarm Calls, Room Status Updates and MiniBar Charging.
Hotels will save time and benefit from a reduced loss of revenue as call charges are automated and minibar charges can be put directly onto the guest bill from the room phone.
Improved communication and revenue
‘This new integration will deliver improved communication with hotel’s in-house guests and hotel staff, and ensure all charges are accounted for. This is all done automatically to minimise any manual work by the hotel staff thereby eliminating errors and lost revenue. As a leading provider of hotel systems to independent hotels and small groups across Asia, we’re all about saving hotelier’s time and this partnership will certainly enable that!’
Matt Emptage, Country Manager at Guestline APAC
First cloud PMS integration
‘Our solutions are used by hoteliers in more than 25 countries and as such we are very excited about this new partnership with Guestline. Guestline is the first fully cloud based PMS we’ve integrated with and we look forward to working closely with them in the future.’
