  • Are you Level 1 PCI compliant?

    Yes, we have PCI-DSS Level 1 compliancy for hosting and payment processing, and we are listed on the VISA approved merchant list. Guestline are regularly audited to ensure compliance and our software solutions undergo annual on-site assessments as well as regular penetration and security testing.

  • Which gateways do you connect to?

    Secure Trading, Worldpay, Payment Express, Asia Pay, Siam Pay and Peso Pay

  • How do you process card payments securely?

    Credit card data is never stored in our systems and is tokenised at the earliest opportunity. At the point where a payment is processed, the transaction is handed over to our integrated partners and is confirmed in the form of a token. This token can then be accessed from within the PMS to allow users to see the relevant detail such as value, status, and obfuscated PAN (Primary Account Number).

  • Can I reduce lost revenue through no-shows?

    Yes, you can take advance payments securely online to eliminate the loss of revenue through no-shows.

  • Will I be storing the credit card data here at my hotel?

    No, we tokenise credit cards and store tokens against reservations so you don’t see or have access to any credit card details.
