B2 Hotels, one of the biggest hotel chains in Thailand, are enjoying a significant boost in occupancy following installation of Guestline’s award winning property management, central reservation and distribution solutions to power the day-to-day management of each property.
The boutique hotel chain are deploying Guestline’s hotel systems (along with a number of third party integrations) in their 38-strong portfolio located in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai and Pattaya.

By opting for Guestline’s flagship hotel systems: Rezlynx PMS, Channel Manager and CRS (Central Reservation Systems), B2 Hotels have full visibility of the group’s performance from one log-in. Being a cloud PMS, all data is updated in real time and can be accessed from anywhere on any device – proving useful for owner, Mr Chawla, when travelling between properties.
