Hotel Overview

Hotel Xanadu, West London's stylish independent boutique hotel, offers 46 stylishly appointed rooms and two executive suites.

Hotel Xanadu is a member of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts Lifestyle Collection, which represents premier global properties. All guests of Hotel Xanadu are eligible to enroll in the iPrefer guest loyalty program, which offers points redeemable for members at more than 550 participating properties. The hotel offers 24-hour room service, buffet breakfast, access to the Eden Fitness Club and free WiFi throughout. The TukTuk restaurant and bar on the ground floor is a great place for guests to socialise and enjoy a coffee, drinks or dinner.

  • Smooth integration with Preferred Hotels

The Guestline integration with Preferred Hotels & Resorts works seamlessly and effortlessly – the bookings from Preferred Hotel’s CRS flow straight through to the hotel’s PMS without the hotel having to do anything.

When the hotel flexes and amends their rates, this is automatically updated on Preferred Hotels platform – they only have to change them once and it’s all revised.

This is crucial for the London-based hotel who flex their rates up to 6 times a day to ensure they remain competitive and drive occupancy at the best possible rate.

  • Reporting & business performance

The team review the daily ‘new reservations’ report throughout the day which displays a live filter of bookings by arrival date (and cancellations) so they can review levels of occupancy and respond accordingly by increasing/reducing rates accordingly.

All the data is visible on one platform so the hotel can review the reports and use the tools to amend the rates accordingly all in one place.

  • Support

The Guestline support team and their Zendesk support tool is fantastic - the hotel logs a query and they get an automated email with a reference number. Generally the queries are resolved within 10 minutes.

  • Ease of use 

Staff find the Guestline systems easy to use - no training is required for new starters, the system is so intuitive they can self-train.
