Adelphi Hospitality, a selection of contemporary boutique hotels and residences in exhilarating Bangkok and Pattaya, has selected Guestline’s hotel PMS and distribution technology to centralise operations at the stunning Adelphi Grand, Adelphi Suites and Adelphi 49.
With an emphasis on future proofing the business, Adelphi Hospitality required a system with greater group functionality. The most important features were: centralised operations and an effective group rate management strategy for better distribution and yielding of rates. The systems will facilitate tighter integration across all departments with remote access, flexibility and an enhanced customer journey. It will also streamline operational efficiencies by introducing centralised functionality across all three properties. All whilst retaining the group’s reputation for reliable high standards, attentive service, sophisticated style and a calming experience.
Pradeep Ghildival, Director of Revenue Management at Adelphi Hospitality says: “We were using 3 different PMS systems across our group properties and researched multiple PMS systems before signing this new deal with Guestline. Asides from Guestline, no other PMS service could provide us with all the functionality we require; good support, ease of use and connectivity, plus many of the others looked outdated and were very slow.
