The API interface between Rate Wise and Guestline PMS enables revenue managers to grow their revenue. The Rate Wise RMS gives rate suggestions based on the hotels performance and the market place, which hoteliers can review and manipulate and send them across to Guestline Rezlynx PMS. Rezlynx PMS sends the new rates in real-time to the Guestline Channel Manager, so they are distributed across different channels.
This connection between Rate Wise and Guestline will help properties to streamline their rate strategy, reducing the amount of time Reservations and Front Office teams spend reviewing pick up and adjusting the pricing on their PMS and Channel Manager. The Rate Wise RMS includes a business analysis tool, pickup analysis tool and competitor shopping report. By making this information easily accessible within the system, budgeting and forecasting processes become much more efficient and cut down on the amount time needed by the team to gather this data.
The 2-way HTNG connection with ApartRevPlus integrates with Guestline and a rate shopper to monitor the marketplace and provide suggested pricing based upon the market and the hoteliers view of their position in the market. Hoteliers can then choose to accept the recommendations or change them, either way, the rates are seamlessly pushed to Guestline Channel Manager and out to the multiple channels that hotels work with.
