Captain’s Club Hotel & Spa were looking for a complete gift voucher solution - a platform which was not only easy for guests to use, but operationally the best in class.
With Gifted, they saw the potential to not only increase their gift voucher sales, but have the ability to manage and sell tickets for various events held at the hotel.
The Events Module enabled the team at Captain’s Club to create unique landing pages for special or exclusive events with ticket allocation to manage the expectation of potential buyers.
They also now benefit from the ability to select specific start and end times for each event and send a branded confirmation email to engage with the guest before they have even arrived at the hotel.
Gift voucher sales are up year on year. What's more, so far this year, their voucher sales are up 20% when compared to their gifted performance for the previous period.
