The Morritt Country House Hotel is a family-run hotel and spa situated in the picturesque Teesdale countryside. With award-winning food, a luxurious modern spa and individually designed guest rooms, it is the perfect location for short breaks, special occasions and weddings.

Challenges:

Prior to installing a full suite of Guestline products, The Morritt were using separate systems for their property management system and EPoS. After building a new spa onto the hotel they required a new system which would integrate all areas of the business for the hotel.

They were spending a lot of time manually inputting all the food and beverage orders into the hotel billing system which was open to errors and lost them revenue when receipts went missing.

Having to co-ordinate and combine several reports for the financial accounting of the hotel, restaurant and spa, was wasting a lot of time and ultimately, money for the business.
