The Robert Parker Collection manages 6 properties with Guestline

The Robert Parker Collection, a group of six luxury hotels, has opted for Guestline’s superior cloud hosted solutions in order to improve customer service, centralise operations and drive revenue across the group. 

As the senior team previously used 4 different PMS providers to manage the 6 properties they had a good understanding of competitor products and services allowing them to be confident Guestline will enable The Robert Parker Collection to manage their luxury portfolio with an even greater focus on exceptional customer service. 

The hotels will be running Guestline’s cloud hosted property management system Rezlynx PMS, alongside their EPoS software, conference and banqueting manager, distribution platform and secure payment gateway giving the team an intuitive, fully integrated solution. 

%Guestline’s Central Reservation System incorporates all aspects of a group’s sales process in a single, feature rich, easy-to-use interface that can be accessed from any location, at any time. Upsells and cross selling across the properties is processed easy with Rezlynx and the integration with the EPoS and distribution software allows the hotels to automate and simplify operations. 

The Robert Parker Collection consists of six specially selected properties located in fantastic locations offering guests individually designed rooms, rosette winning restaurants and idyllic spa facilities. 

The group will also benefit from integrated channel distribution, being able to change rates and availability for any of the six properties from one central location will free up valuable time and maximise opportunities for existing customers to enjoy offers at all hotels.
