NEW DATE announced for Guestline's London Connect event
Guestline are pleased to announce a new date of Wednesday 12th September for their London Connect event at the Charlotte St Hotel, Soho.
The event will consist of two panel discussions that will focus on the latest technology innovations defining the industry - from the partners that can deliver it.
What are the latest innovations shaping the hospitality sector, and how can your hotel group benefit from an open eco system to improve your bottom line, enhance the customer journey and optimise efficiencies?
The first panel will discuss how hoteliers can benefit from having an open architecture that integrates with third party solutions to deliver improved data insights and an enhanced guest experience. Experts from HotelREZ, Salto and Guestline will part of this discussion which will be moderated by Ally Northfield from Revenue by Design.
Session two will be all about hotel technology of the future; panellists from Journey, SACO and Chico will be discussing the case for new technologies designed to improve operations, drive revenue and optimise the guest experience, moderated by Guestline CTO, Andrew Metcalfe.
Delegates will also receive an overview of Guestline’s new e-learning portal, ‘Guestline University’ where hoteliers can stay up-to-date and knowledgeable on all of Guestline’s products with online training that’s current, engaging and available any time.
