Moness Resort in Perthshire opt for Guestline's solutions to introduce self-check in and improve the customer journey

The Moness Resort that consists of 106 cottages and a 4 star hotel are the latest property to opt for Guestline’s cloud based property management system. As well as Rezlynx PMS, the team will also implement Guestline’s self check-in software, EPoS and the Channel Manager.

Moness Resort also wanted electronic guestcards to ensure customer data was captured and automatically posted to the PMS. Electronic guestcards will also speed up the check in process and allow the front of house team to spend more time with the guests to ensure customer satisfaction is high. Guestline’s distribution platform will allow Moness Resort to broaden their reach and convert more guests with real-time distribution of their inventory and rates to chosen OTAs and major GDSs across the globe.
