Guestline system of choice for Best Western members

The latest group to select Guestline’s cloud hosted property management systems is the Queensferry Hotel group that owns and operates two award winning 4 star Best Western Plus hotels - Bruntsfield Hotel and Keavil House Hotel.

The December deadline to adhere to the Best Western Hotel Two Way interface mandate saw an influx of properties switch systems to Guestline, the most recent  being the Queensferry Hotel group.

We’d had our old system for over 20 years and needed to upgrade or switch systems to comply with the Best Western Two-Way interface mandate. Having researched the market, it was evident that Guestline’s systems were widely adopted across the market and were clearly the system of choice for a number of hotels, especially amongst Best Western members.

With Guestline being a British company with local support and development, it’s conducive to building a fruitful relationship long term and receiving future training and assistance when needed.

After viewing their systems and hearing such positive feedback, I can see why Guestline is growing in popularity amongst members who are enjoying the operational and financial benefits of their solutions. Guestline’s systems are multi-functional, easy to train on, have flexible access and will help us streamline our procedures in both hotels and make reporting a clear and simple process for the analysis of our business operations.

The cost of upgrading our old system was also very expensive and couldn’t deliver a clear return on investment within a reasonable timescale for us.’

Russell Imrie, Managing Director for Queensferry Hotels and President of Best Western GB

The Best Western Plus Bruntsfield Hotel, a four star townhouse, offers comfortable, spacious accommodation close to Edinburgh Castle and the city centre. The 114 bedroomed Keavil House Hotel is a beautiful country house on the outskirts of Dunfermline offering conference and banqueting facilities and award winning restaurants.

%With approximately 70% of all Best Western properties in Scotland, and 40% of all Best Western Hotels in the UK having opted for Guestline’s solutions, their Rezlynx PMS is now the most popular system amongst members across Great Britain.

The successful on-going collaboration with this vendor ensures that Guestline remains the most popular PMS choice amongst our members. Members are delighted, not only with the PMS and Interface, but the exceptional level of service they receive from Guestline from installation to support.’

Guestline are clearly demonstrating how Rezlynx PMS and the Two-Way PMS Interface are enabling members to increase their revenue, room nights and ADR with the Best Western Two-Way PMS Interface.

The interface works seamlessly with Guestline’s integrated distribution solution to deliver two-way connectivity with the Best Western CRS, allowing the users to manage their rates, availability and restrictions directly from their Rezlynx PMS.
