Guestline system of choice for Best Western members
The latest group to select Guestline’s cloud hosted property management systems is the Queensferry Hotel group that owns and operates two award winning 4 star Best Western Plus hotels - Bruntsfield Hotel and Keavil House Hotel.
The December deadline to adhere to the Best Western Hotel Two Way interface mandate saw an influx of properties switch systems to Guestline, the most recent being the Queensferry Hotel group.
We’d had our old system for over 20 years and needed to upgrade or switch systems to comply with the Best Western Two-Way interface mandate. Having researched the market, it was evident that Guestline’s systems were widely adopted across the market and were clearly the system of choice for a number of hotels, especially amongst Best Western members.
With Guestline being a British company with local support and development, it’s conducive to building a fruitful relationship long term and receiving future training and assistance when needed.
After viewing their systems and hearing such positive feedback, I can see why Guestline is growing in popularity amongst members who are enjoying the operational and financial benefits of their solutions.
