Guestline launch 'Profitable Beds in Pubs' event with Stay in a Pub, UK Hospitality and BBPA
Guestline and Stay in a Pub have launched an event to discuss how pub operators can maximise revenue opportunities from the provision of accommodation. The event takes place on 4th July 2018 in London and is supported by UK Hospitality and the BBPA.
Discussions will centre on how pubs can implement marketing strategies and technology solutions to manage all aspects of room bookings and the guest journey – from acquiring traffic to your website and driving direct bookings to managing operations and enhancing the customer experience.
Additionally pub companies will find out how guest reviews can help them increase loyalty, growth and profitability and how to capitalise on the growth of foreign tourism with a new scheme from Visit England. They are investing £1.2 million in a new inbound tourism scheme called ‘England’s Great National Walks’ where pubs and accommodation will play a key role.
There will also be an overview from the Tourism Alliance of the new Package Travel Regulations, which come into force on 1 July 2018 and will impact businesses that combine accommodation with any other product or service provided by a third party.
Delegates will hear from Journey (digital marketing agency), Guestline (hospitality technology provider), GuestRevu (guest feedback technology), the Tourism Alliance and VisitEngland.
The event takes place at the Fuller’s Counting House pub in London and will be ideal for pub operators, Business Development Managers and Regional managers. Complimentary refreshments and lunch will be served.
