Best Western Restormel Lodge switches to Guestline
Cornish hotel, the Best Western Restormel Lodge Hotel in Lostwithiel, have counted Guestline's time-saving and intuitive systems as reasons for their seamless and beneficial switch of PMS and distribution systems.
The hotel, which is part of the Hunts Hotels and Food Service Group, have been enjoying Guestline’s solutions for over a year to manage the bookings and operations at their 36-bedroom property.
The Best Western Restormel Lodge is one of many Best Western Hotels enjoying a seamless integration into Rezlynx PMS.
The Guestline systems are intuitive and easy to use, yet the functionality is extensive. The transition of systems was seamless as was the ease of learning a new system.
Having the ability to change all prices from one place to reflect all of the channels, including the Best Western interface, saves so much time and is such a simple process. The level of customer service is first class too - every time I have contacted a member of the Guestline team, they have been a pleasure to deal with and having an account manager that is contactable at all times is a real bonus.
Small things, like different colours on the planner make it easy to locate bookings quickly, the hot keys allow you to personalise the system to mirror the functionality and not having to worry about over bookings or alter availability has saved us a lot of time and headaches!
