Migration to Azure

What can I do to prepare?

Some customers maybe carefully controlling all their internet traffic and may not be allowing access to our new home in Microsoft Azure by default, to help discover if you are affected by these kind of traffic controls we have provided the URL below as a test page – if you click the link below and see a Rezlynx logon page then we do not anticipate any issues with your migration.

TEST URL: https://pms.eu.guestline.net/

No logon screen displayed?

If you can’t see the Rezlynx logon screen in the test link above it could be a series of different issues, but things to check include;

  • HTTPS/SSL/TLS Specification - in our new home in Microsoft Azure we only support TLS1.1 and above, TLS1.0 is not supported. For older (XP/Vista/2003 etc) or some unpatched operating systems this can present a problem as they may not support a high enough security setting for modern HTTPS – contact your IT support/vendor or our support team may be able to offer some guidance

  • IP Address Filtering – Some corporate firewalls may restrict access to the internet by the IP address of the destination – our new home in Microsoft Azure has the following IP Address range – ask your IT team to add it to you whitelist;

Azure, Guestline Europe 1WE

  • 52.166.124.85
  • 13.95.238.103
  • 13.95.235.106
  • 13.95.233.171
  • 52.233.191.178
  • 13.95.236.16
  • 13.95.238.208
  • 13.95.233.20

  • Domain Name Filtering – Some corporate firewalls may restrict access to the internet by the Domain Name of the destination – for our new home in Microsoft Azure we are changing and adding some of our domain names which your IT team may not have already whitelisted – please ask them to whitelist;

  • guestline.net
  • rezlynx.net
  • roomlynx.net
