Guestline’s team of hospitality experts have a wealth of industry knowledge and experience and are committed to providing innovative solutions and exceptional customer service to meet our customer’s needs. 

Andrew McGregor


Andrew brings international software and IT experience, most recently in retail, where as CEO he built eCommera into a global SaaS and IT services leader that counted some of the most famous global brands and retailers as customers.

He spent the previous 15 years in general management as Marketing and Strategy Director at British Telecom plc and prior to that helped launch, then run, the nascent digital business for The Economist Group.


Andrew Galloway

Finance Director 

Andrew has a great deal of experience in both private practice and industry, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, trained with one of the big four accountants, PwC.

He has spent the last ten years working in a variety of finance roles in industry, with the last role being the FD of the UK Bus Division of National Express.


Rupert Gutteridge

Sales and Marketing Director

Rupert manages the Marketing and Sales team both in the UK and is responsible for the continued international development of our business across the Asia-Pacific region.

Rupert has over 20 years of experience in the industry; he previously worked as Regional Sales Director at IDeaS and also Sales Director - Central Systems, EMEA, for MICROS Fidelio. Prior to this he was with AremisSoft Corporation in both the UK and United States. 

Rupert also has hotel experience as a GM for Mazard Hotel Management - a hotel management company working on behalf of the Royal Bank of Scotland where he gained insight and knowledge into the management of small country house hotels that had fallen into receivership.


Andrew Williams

Development Director

He has almost thirty years of experience working within the hospitality technology sector.    Andrew is responsible for the development team at Guestline which oversees the software development and the interfaces between our partners and OTA’s. 

Andrew studied Hotel and Catering Management at college and worked within the hotel industry from 1979-87, specialising in finance where he also worked as the cost accountant for Hilton International. Andrew also studied accountancy at University of London.  He has spent the last 26 years working for software companies specialising in solutions for the hospitality industry. Prior to joining Guestline in 2005 he worked for Micros Fidelio (Munich, Naples/Florida, Stockholm and Hamburg offices).  Prior to this he was the accounting systems product manager for Innsite Hotel Services (UK).  


Barry Davies

Technical Director

Barry worked in the wider IT and software development industries for four years prior to joining Guestline in 1996 as a Microsoft Visual Basic developer. Whilst at Guestline, Barry has designed, coded and managed the development of Rezlynx and the Distribution system, in addition to various other interfaces and services.

Drawing on his 20+ years of experience in IT, software development and systems integration, Barry is responsible for hosted services delivery, IT systems, software architecture and any other business areas which have a technical requirement.

Barry works across the lifecycle of products development and liaises with multiple departments within Guestline to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions are developed. Barry is also responsible for the Company’s general IT infrastructure.


Sarah Jones

Operations Director

Sarah graduated with a degree in Hospitality Management before embarking on a career in the hotel industry, rising to the position of Deputy General Manager at a 120 bedroom hotel with responsibility for a budget of £1.4m before moving to Cendant as Franchise Operations Manager.

Sarah joined Guestline in 2003 and has moved through a variety of roles including training, Software Quality Assurance, and Rezlynx Product Manager.  As Operations Director, Sarah is responsible for support, training, project management and all operational aspects of customer delivery/ support.


Phil Davidson

Non-Executive Director

Phil started his career with Thomas Cook, being the youngest manager on the management trainee programme at that time he quickly realised that information technology was the way forward, even in those early days.

Phil was rewarded for his success with a move to a FTSE 100 company and was parachuted into various acquisitions, primarily to realign the sales and marketing functions. Following a move into hospitality solutions, Phil joined the Board of an AIM listed company where he became MD of a division with diverse product portfolios in hospitality vertical markets; including Cinema Ticketing, Hotel Management and CRM solutions with prime locations worldwide.

Phil joined Guestline, taking an equity stake in the company, in 2008 and has been instrumental in the worldwide expansion and success of Guestline to date.
