Project Co-ordinator

Overview

Guestline are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to support the project team.

Existing Customer Orders

  • Project Manage all orders from the existing customer base
    • Epos Installations
    • Product training orders
    • Decentralisation orders

    Customer Liaison

    • Managing the customer communication following a signed contract through to completion
    • Ensure customer is fully aware of installation/training process

    Project Management

    • Communication
    • Ensure project is completed within budget and timeline
    • All tasks risks highlighted in Project Management tool
    • All resource scheduled accordingly

    Trainer Communication

    • Trainer Handover
    • Trainer communication during and after project

    Payment Gateway

    • Manage new orders of Payment Gateway

    Skills: 

    • Experience of Guestline business
    • Expreience within Guestline customer base
    • Knowledge of Guestline products
    • Knowledge of Guestline training plans/sessions
    • Knowledge of PCI o Live procedure
    • Good general IT skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks within a set timescale.  
    • The abiltiy to prioritise tasks.
    • Strong Attention to detail.
    • Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills.
    • The ability and self-confidence to independently manage own time
    • Passion for quality and excellent service
