Inside Sales Executive

Overview

Guestline are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to work with their growing customer base.

The ideal candidate will have drive, tenacity and a proven background in sales/telemarketing, combined with strong communication skills and a desire to succeed.
 
Working as an integral part of the sales team, team members will build up strong relationships with the client base through regular telephone and email contact, to fact find and share information about new products 

Responsibilities 

  • To generate revenue from the base through upselling additional products and services via outgoing telesales and e-campaign activity
  • Build up strong relationships with the client base through regular telephone and email contact, to fact find and share information about new products
  • Manage all agreed telesales activity following key marketing campaigns
  • Provide details of additional products to clients
  • Undertake telesales campaigns as requested; including training courses, additional EPOS hardware and other Guestline products through telesales activity
  • Understand and articulate the value of Guestline solutions
  • All activity to be logged and managed accurately through CRM including calls, emails, tasks, appointments and opportunities and to ensure customer database is accurately maintained with key contacts and email addresses
  • To compile accurate proposals, orders and paperwork where necessary, and to complete accurate sales handovers to the Projects Department in a timely manner
  • To meet objectives and sales targets as set by Line Manager
  • To communicate any client information/updates internally where required in conjunction with Guestline internal business processes.
  • Liaise with Support and Projects to identify potential training and product development upgrade sales opportunities

Key Skills and Experience

  • 2 years proven business to business cold calling telemarketing or telesales
  • Appointment making and diary management for field sales representatives
  • IT skills including customer relationship database update and management
  • Experience of working within a sales team
  • Experience of working to targets, and proven target attainment

  • Generous salary plus commission depending on experience
