HR and Payroll Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process Payroll on sage ( SSP, SMP, SPP, P45)
  • Overtime, private mileage, childcare vouchers, car allowance, unpaid leave, bonuses, holiday, commissions
  • Pension auto enrolment (starters, leavers, increases) and Scottish Widows submissions
  • Management, tracking and reporting of all holidays and sickness
  • Maintain the employee HR files ( offer letters, contracts, NDA, CYS, references)
  • Organising inductions and internal training
  • Recruitment - sourcing candidates, headhunting, arranging interview, feedback
  • Internal communication

Skills & Aptitude

  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Attention to detail
  • Co-ordinate own work to ensure deadlines and go live dates are achieved 

Required Experience & Credentials

  • Minimum 3 years payroll experience, up to date with all changes in law
  • Ideally CIPD level 3 qualified
