Roomlynx & Rezlynx At Healthspan Leisure
Guestline has recently implemented its Rezlynx web based property management system and Roomlynx channel manager at three properties in the Healthspan Leisure portfolio.
The combination of Rezlynx and Roomlynx will provide Healthspan Leisure with a fully integrated property management solution to replace their existing systems at the Fermain Valley, Sunnycroft Hotel in Guernsey, and the Braye Beach, Alderney.
The project will equip Healthspan with a centralised property management solution, incorporating central reservations office capabilities, real-time head office management reporting, seamless cross-property bookings and accommodate live online reservations through the hotels individual websites and online channels. Rezlynx PMS is a fully hosted solution, which has eliminated the need for Healthspan to invest in expensive hardware at site.
Rezlynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) that utilises a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre. Rezlynx can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard secure web browser.
Guestline’s hosting service is responsible for the backup, security, integrity of the hotels data and the resilience of the servers on which the software and data is stored. Roomlynx will streamline the online channel management process by actively connecting the groups hotels to the leading online travel agencies, such as LateRooms, Bookings.com and Expedia, in addition to the Global Distribution Systems.
This powerful two way interface will enable all three hotels in the group to manage their online rates, inventory and availability directly from Rezlynx. It will also facilitate the seamless delivery of reservations from online sales channels directly into Rezlynx, without the need for manual data entry.
