Ramside Estates Rolls Out Rezlynx PMS & Roomlynx At Three Sites
Guestline has recently installed its Rezlynx property management system (PMS) and Roomlynx channel manager at three properties in the Ramside Estates portfolio.
Ramside Hall - is the largest privately-owned luxury hotel and golf complex in County Durham and the North East. The hotel houses 80 individually decorated bedrooms and a wide range of function suites that can cater for up to 600 people.
Bowburn Hall - has a beautiful, tranquil location set in 5 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, and only 4 miles from the historic city of Durham. With its convenient location, Bowburn Hall provides the perfect location for weddings, christenings conferences, exhibitions, meetings and other private functions.
Hardwick Hall - is located just off the A1(M) yet nestling in the beautiful County Durham countryside. The hotel boasts 51 bedrooms, combined with state of the art conference facilities and a spectacular ballroom that can host for up to 500 people.
The core focus of the project was to provide the Ramside Estates with a centralised property management solution that will facilitate real-time head office management reporting, provide seamless cross-property bookings and accommodate live online reservations through the groups own websites and a wide variety of online channels.
Rezlynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard web browser.
The solution incorporates feature rich PMS functionality, Central Reservation System (CRS), Head Office Management module and an advanced Conference & Banqueting package. Rezlynx also has the ability to interface with a wide range of 3rd party systems such as telephone, Point of Sale, key cards, accounting systems and interactive TV.
Roomlynx streamlines the online channel management process by actively connecting the groups hotels to the leading online travel agencies, such as LateRooms, Bookings.com and Expedia, in addition to the Global Distribution Systems.
This powerful two way interface will enable Ramside Estates to manage online rates, availability and restrictions directly from Rezlynx. It also facilitates the seamless delivery of reservations from sales channels directly into the PMS, without the need for manual data entry.
