Operations Manager
The Operations Department is responsible for all aspects of project management, delivery, training and support to new clients, and the Company's existing 1000 plus customers.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations the successful candidate will have proven experience within an IT Software arena, with strong communication and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- To underpin and implement operational strategy agreed with the Director of Operations
- To provide operational direction and support to staff & their projects
- Support the team in achieving goals and objectives set in conjunction with management
- Deliver continuous improvement in all processes associated with the Operations department
- On Going Revenue achievement, focus for installations/resource to ensure agreed company budgets are met
- Ensure all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Point of escalation for customers & internal staff
- Recruitment in all areas of responsibility both internal and external
