Ramside Hall - is the largest privately-owned luxury hotel and golf complex in County Durham and the North East. The hotel houses 80 individually decorated bedrooms and a wide range of function suites that can cater for up to 600 people. The hotel has a complete suite of Guestline solutions installed, including Rezlynx PMS, Roomlynx, PCILynx and Conference & Banqueting.
Hardwick Hall - part of the Ramside Estates group of hotels, Hardwick Hall is located just off the A1(M) yet nestling in the beautiful County Durham countryside. The hotel boasts 51 bedrooms, combined with state of the art conference facilities and a spectacular ballroom that can host for up to 500 people. Hardwick Hall have installed Rezlynx PMS, Roomlynx and PCILynx to manage their operations.
Bowburn Hall - has a beautiful, tranquil location set in 5 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, and only 4 miles from the historic city of Durham. With its convenient location, Bowburn Hall provides the perfect location for weddings, christenings conferences, exhibitions, meetings and other private functions. In common with other hotels in the Ramside Group, Bowburn Hall is utilitising Rezlynx PMS, Roomlynx and PCILynx.
Headlam Hall - a charming 17th century country mansion standing in beautiful gardens surrounded by rolling farmland located in County Durham. With 40 luxurious ensuite rooms, a stunning spa and enjoyable golf course, Headlam Hall have selected Rezlynx web based PMS and Roomlynx Channel Manager to administer their hotel.
Fallen Angel - offers 10 completely indulgent, individually themed rooms in the heart of Durham City in a Georgian Grade II listed Town House and secluded Garden Apartments. There are views of the World Heritage site Cathedral and Castle to the front and the beautiful River Wear to the rear. The Fallen Angel opted for an integrated system comprising Rezlynx PMS, Roomlynx Channel Manager and Guestline EPoS.
Langley Castle - a genuine 14th century castle set in a 12-acre woodland estate, has been restored to a magnificent and comfortable hotel. Langley is perfect for discovering the delights of Hadrian’s Wall and other local attractions. The exclusive nature of the castle makes a favourite venue for weddings. Langley Castle installed Guestline PMS combined with Roomlynx to manage reservations from its own website and online travel agencies.
