Guestline™ has successfully installed its products at a number of prestigious hotel groups in the UK. Recent adopters of Guestline™ products include:-
Choice Hotels - an independent group of five properties based in Blackpool and The Lake District.
- Cliffs Hotel Blackpool - an imposing early century building that comprises 160 ensuite rooms, leisure centre and conference facilities.
- Claremont Hotel Blackpool - located minutes from Blackpool’s North Pier, the Claremont has 150 rooms, leisure facilities with an indoor pool, spa and sauna and a diverse range of bars and restaurants.
- Viking Hotel Blackpool - only a few minutes walk from the South Pier and world famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach. The Viking boasts 100 en-suite rooms, a sea view restaurant and the renowned ‘Talk of the Coast’ cabaret club.
- Keswick Country House – an elegant Victorian building with 74 rooms and set in 4 acres of landscaped gardens. Keswick Country House is an ideal base for exploring the delights of the Lake District and surrounding area.
- Patterdale Hotel – located at the head of Ullswater, this 61 room hotel is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
Choice Hotels installed Guestline’s web based PMS, Rezlynx combined with Roomlynx, for online channel management and PCILynx to provide full PCI-DSS compliance.
Lake District Hotels - a unique collection of six hotels, ranging from a traditional coaching inn to a luxury hotel on the lake shore. The groups properties include:-
- Inn On The Lake - set in 15 acres of grounds on the shores of Ullswater, featuring 47 bedrooms and an award winning restaurant.
- Lodore Falls - a 69 bedroom conference venue with extensive spa facilities that stands in over 40 acres of grounds.
- Borrowdale Hotel - located at the foot of Shepherd’s Crag is an ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts.
- George Hotel - a 35 room property located at the heart of historic Penrith.
- Skiddaw Hotel and Kings Arms - are both located in the bustling market town of Keswick.
Lake District Hotels have installed Rezlynx PMS and Roomlynx Channel Manager to manage their diverse range of properties.
Fountain Court Apartments - offers visitors a range of one, two and three bedroom serviced apartments, as well as stunning duplexes, at four properties located right in the heart of Edinburgh. The combination of Roomlynx and Rezlynx allows them to manage their online sales channels directly from their property management system (PMS).
Classic Hotels - a small group of three classic country house hotels.
- Dumbleton Hall - a traditional 19th century manor house set in 19 acres of gardens and woodland with a private lake. The hotel is located on the Worcestershire/Gloucestershire border and is surrounded by stunning views of the Cotswold Hills.
- Friars Carse - a 19th Century country house set in a 45 acre estate, located on the banks of the River Nirth in Dumfries.
- Waterhead Hotel - situated on the shores on Coniston, the hotel is a popular destination for outdoor enthusiasts.
All hotels within the group are utilising a combination of Rezlynx and Roomlynx to manage their properties.
The Spires Serviced Apartments - has been a leader in the serviced suites business, since it opened its first purpose-built development in 1995. The Spires operates in Birmingham, Glasgow and Aberdeen, and offers guests an attractive alternative to hotel accommodation.
The Spires took the decision to install Guestline’s web based PMS, Rezlynx. This was combined with Roomlynx, for online channel management, and PCILynx for PCI-DSS compliance.
Hollybourne Hotels - a group of individual 3 star hotels, conference and wedding venues. The Manor House, Georgian House and Farnham House are located in Surrey, with the Alton House and The Red Lion Inn in Hampshire. The group utilises Rezlynx and Roomlynx in all properties.
Ramside Estates - an independent group of three properties that primarily target the conference and leisure market, based in the North East of England.
- Ramside Hall – houses 80 individually decorated bedrooms, 2 restaurants, conference facilities for up to 600 delegates and a 27 hole championship golf course.
- Hardwick Hall – once a former country seat of the squires of Sedgefield, is one of the most beautifully situated country house hotels in the North-East. Boasting 51 rooms and set in 120 acres of parkland, the hotel offers a magnificent setting for any occasion.
- Bowburn Hall - is a small country house hotel with 19 individually decorated bedrooms. Standing in 5 acres of landscaped gardens and woodland, and only 4 miles from the beautiful city of Durham, Bowburn Hall provides the perfect location for weddings, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and other private functions.
Ramside Estates have installed a complete suite of products from Guestline, including Rezlynx web based PMS, Roomlynx channel manager and PCILynx PCI-DSS compliance solution.
Brend Hotels - is Devon and Cornwall’s leading hotel group, with a portfolio of 11 hotels and 2 restaurants. Guestline beat off stiff competition to win the contract to implement its Rezlynx web based property management system and Roomlynx channel manager at six properties in the Brend Hotels portfolio.
Bannatyne Hotels - offer a unique blend of luxury accommodation, great service and fine dining at Bannatyne Hotels in Darlington, Durham and the Bannatyne Spa Hotel Hastings. Bannatyne Hotels manage their properties using Guestline’s web based PMS, Rezlynx.
