• Lower Cost Of Ownership

  As RezLynx™ is installed on a remote server there is no need for the hotel to purchase expensive new computer servers and equipment to run the system. Most existing PC workstations with an Internet connection will be suitable.

• Reduced Maintenance

  The fact that RezLynx™ is installed on a server hosted remotely means that it is not necessary for software engineers to visit the hotel to resolve issues or apply software upgrades.

• Little Or No Specialist IT Skills Required At The Hotel

  The remote servers are maintained by qualified technicians and the hosting service constantly monitor the status of the servers to ensure there is little or no down time. Multiple connections to the internet could be made at the hotel, this would ensure that the property was not dependant on one ISP.

• Security Of Business Critical Data

  The confidential hotel database is subject to comprehensive backup and security procedures carried out by the hosting service on the remote server. There is no longer the risk of losing critical data by backups not being taken or through corrupt or faulty backup devices.

• Remote Access From Anywhere In The World

  Hotel proprietors and the management team can access the system and the live data from anywhere in the world using their unique web address. This can be used to check up to the minute statistics, ensure that the business is being run efficiently and to even make reservations.

• Enquiries and Reservations

  RezLynx™ provides staff with easy to use and logical functionality to enable them to deal with prospective guests and repeat visitors, quickly and efficiently. A comprehensive rate management tool ensures that revenue is maximised at every opportunity. The system also automatically communicates the reservation details, merging to standard letters, sending of faxes, emails or SMS mobile text messages. Complete reservation history is available to all hotels within the group at any time.

• Front of House

  RezLynx™ works on the concept of the "Guest Card" as the code of the system. Therefore the system displays user friendly and intuitive screens to prompt staff with the relevant information quickly and efficiently. From check in to departure, RezLynx™ provides the detail required to cater for your guests requirements and to generate additional revenue at every available opportunity.

• Back Office

  The system provides all of the information necessary to run the business on a day-to day basis. RezLynx™ provides a comprehensive suite of reports, including live on screen detailed arrivals and departure lists. All data including End of Day analysis and statistics are presented in an easy to understand user friendly format.

• Sales Ledger

  RezLynx™ provides the key control in managing effective ledger accounts. The system accommodates corporate rates, pre-agreed allowable charge types with upper limits if applicable, set account credit limits and the ability to put an account on hold and chase outstanding debts. For group hotels a consolidated Sales Ledger can be implemented to enable the group to manage single credit limits for corporate account management.

• Sales & Marketing

  The flexibility of RezLynx™ means that hotels can configure the system to capture as much detailed information about their guests as they wish. Each "Guest Card" has numerous standard fields and an unlimited array of user definable fields. This allows for highly targeted marketing campaigns to ensure that guest occupancy levels are maximised at all times.

  RezLynx™ provides a comprehensive range of standard reports which can be used to analyse the performance of the business and provide the information required to the management team to react on accordingly. Special reports can be created to fully interrogate uniquely the data held within the system.

• Conference & Banqueting

  RezLynx™ also incorporates a fully integrated Conference & Banqueting module. This element of the system provides the ability to manage events in function rooms in conjunction with residential requirements.
