Guestline has successfully implemented its Rezlynx web based PMS solution and Roomlynx channel management solution at 5 sites within the Hollybourne Hotels portfolio.
The core focus of the project was to provide the Hollybourne Hotels Group with a centralised property management solution that will facilitate real-time head office management reporting, provide seamless cross-property bookings and accommodate live online reservations through the Hollybourne Hotels website and online channels.
Roomlynx streamlines the online channel management process by actively connecting hotels to the leading online travel agencies, such as LateRooms, Bookings.com and Expedia, in addition to the Global Distribution Systems
This powerful two way interface enables Hollybourne Hotels to manage online rates, inventory and availability directly from their Rezlynx property management system (PMS). It also facilitates the seamless delivery of reservations from sales channels directly into Rezlynx, without the need for manual data entry.
Rezlynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard web browser. The solution incorporates feature rich PMS functionality and head office management modules. It also has the ability to interface with a wide range of 3rd party systems such as telephone, EPoS, key cards, accounts and interactive TV.
