Guestline is pleased to announce that The Spires Serviced Suites have selected Rezlynx property management system (PMS) and Roomlynx channel manager for its three properties located in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The combination of Rezlynx PMS and Roomlynx will equip The Spires with a centralised property management solution that facilitates real-time head office management reporting, provides seamless cross-property bookings and accommodates live online reservations through a wide variety of online channels.
Rezlynx is a 100% internet based PMS that has been designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre. Rezlynx can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard secure web browser.
Roomlynx streamlines the online channel management process by actively connecting the groups properties to the leading online travel agencies, including LateRooms, Bookings.com and Hotel.info. Connection to the Global Distribution Systems is facilitated via a two way interface with Synxis.
Roomlynx will enable The Spires to manage its online rates, availability and restrictions directly from Rezlynx. It will also facilitate the seamless delivery of reservations from online sales channels directly into the PMS, without the need for manual data entry.
