Distribution Channel Manager Generates £20 000 Of Revenue In First Month

Guestline has successfully installed its Web-Based PMS and Distribution Channel Manager at the Castlefield Hotel in Manchester.

The core focus of the project was to provide the Castlefield Hotel with a centralised property management solution that enabled the management team to have live up-to-date information, online reservations and the ability to manage their sales channels.

Guestline's Distribution Channel Manager streamlines the online channel management process by actively connecting hotels to the leading Online Travel Agencies such as LateRooms.com, Booking.com and Expedia, in addition to the Global Distribution System.

The Distribution Channel Manager has a powerful two-way interface that enables the Castlefield Hotel to manage online rates and availability directly from the PMS. It also facilitates the seamless delivery of reservations from sales channels directly into the PMS, without the need for manual data entry.

Guestline's Distribution Channel Manager has made a phenomenal difference to bookings generated through online channels – in the four weeks since it went live it has generated over £20 000 of revenue. With the Distribution Channel Manager managing availability in real-time we can now offer online sales down to the last room, something we couldn’t do previously.
