The Spires Serviced Suites Implement Guestline's Solutions At 3 Properties

Guestline is pleased to announce that The Spires Serviced Suites has selected the Guestline Property Management System (PMS) and Distribution Channel Manager for its three properties located in Aberdeen, Glasgow and Birmingham.
The combination of PMS and Channel Manager will equip The Spires with a centralised property management solution that facilitates real-time head office management reporting, provides seamless cross-property bookings and accommodates live online reservations through a wide variety of online channels.
Guestline's PMS is 100% internet-based and has been designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre. It can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard secure web browser.
Guestline's Distribution Channel Manager streamlines the online channel management process by actively connecting the group's properties to the leading Online Travel Agencies, including LateRooms, Booking.com and Hotel.info. Connection to the Global Distribution System is facilitated via a two-way interface with Synxis.
It will enable The Spires to manage its online rates, availability and restrictions directly from the PMS. It will also facilitate the seamless delivery of reservations from online sales channels directly into the PMS, without the need for manual data entry.
