Choice Hotels Install Rezlynx At 5 Sites
Guestline has successfully implemented its Rezlynx web based property management system and Roomlynx channel manager at five properties in Choice Hotels' portfolio.
The combination of Rezlynx and Roomlynx will provide Choice Hotels with a fully integrated property management solution to replace their existing systems.
The project will equip Choice Hotels with a centralised property management solution, incorporating full central reservations office capabilities, real-time head office management reporting, seamless cross-property bookings and accommodate live online reservations through the Choice Hotels' website and online channels.
A core requirement of the project was that the replacement system must be a totally hosted solution, eliminating the need for Choice Hotels to invest in expensive hardware.
Rezlynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) that utilises a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre. Rezlynx can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard secure web browser.
Guestline's hosting service is responsible for the backup, security and integrity of the hotels data and the resilience of the servers on which the software and data is stored.
Roomlynx will streamline the online channel management process by actively connecting the groups hotels to the leading online travel agencies, such as LateRooms, Bookings.com and Expedia, in addition to the Global Distribution Systems.
This powerful two way interface will enable Choice Hotels to manage its online rates, inventory and availability directly from their Rezlynx property management system (PMS). It will also facilitate the seamless delivery of reservations from sales channels directly into Rezlynx, without the need for manual data entry.
