Guestline has beaten stiff competition to win the contract to implement its Rezlynx web based property management system and Roomlynx channel manager at six properties in the Brend Hotels portfolio.
The combination of Rezlynx and Roomlynx will provide Brend Hotels with a fully integrated next generation property management solution to replace their existing ageing systems.
The project will equip Brend Hotels with a centralised property management solution, incorporating full central reservations office capabilities, real-time head office management reporting, seamless cross-property bookings and accommodate live online reservations through the Brend Hotels’ website and online channels.
Rezlynx is a 100% internet based property management system (PMS) that utilises a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre. Rezlynx can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard secure web browser.
Roomlynx will streamline the online channel management process by actively connecting the groups hotels to the leading online travel agencies, such as LateRooms, Bookings.com and Expedia, in addition to the Global Distribution Systems.
This powerful two way interface will enable Brend Hotels to manage its online rates, inventory and availability directly from their Rezlynx property management system (PMS). It will also facilitate the seamless delivery of reservations from sales channels directly into Rezlynx, without the need for manual data entry.
