Bespoke Rolls Out Rezlynx

click to zoomGuestline™ has successfully installed Rezlynx, its web based Property Management System (PMS) at a further site within the Bespoke Hotels portfolio.
 

Guestline’s Rezlynx is a 100% internet based PMS designed around a single, centrally located data source, hosted at Guestline’s secure data centre which can be accessed from anywhere in the world via a standard web browser.
 

Rezlynx had already been successfully installed at 10 ex-Folio sites within the Bespoke portfolio, so when the decision was made by the Bespoke Management Team to upgrade The Madison Hotel in Stratton St Margaret from IGS, Rezlynx was a natural choice.
 

A major factor that influenced the decision to replace IGS with Rezlynx was its ability to seamlessly interface with the Bespoke Central Reservation Office (CRO) that had been recently setup in partnership with BookOTel. Bespoke currently use a range of property management systems within its portfolio (through hotel acquisition), all of which use different methods to update the Bespoke CRO with availability and reservations. Some use email as a delivery method, others utilise fax, both methods require the manual updating of the CRO on a regular basis, which is time consuming.
 

As Rezlynx is a web based application, it is able to deliver rates and reservations to the Bespoke CRO automatically without the need for manual updating, thus saving time and effort. Another factor that influenced Bespoke’s decision to implement Rezlynx was the systems integral rate management tools.
