ABOUT GUESTLINE

Established in 1992, Guestline Limited is the UK market leader in Windows® and web based hotel software. Initially, the company’s objective was to offer mid-range hotels a stable, functional and professionally supported reservations package. A DOS program was developed, tested and successfully launched throughout the UK.

Keen to exploit emerging technologies, Guestline developed a Windows® based system in 1994, the first of its kind in the UK. A complete Property Management System (PMS), Guestline™ incorporated functionality in Front Office, Back Office, Sales & Marketing and Sales Ledger, with many unique and ground breaking features. The system has been installed in over 600 properties and is subject to ongoing development and enhancement.

The Guestline suite of products was expanded in 1998 with the development of a fully featured Central Reservation System (CRS), which integrates fully with Guestline™ PMS to offer a single image of room stock throughout a group’s entire estate.

In 2003, Guestline Sales & Catering was launched in the UK. A Windows® based, comprehensive system, it is a fully featured Conference & Banqueting System for hotels and venues, with over 130 installed sites.

The most recent addition to the Guestline range is Guestline™ EPoS, a PC based Electronic Point of Sale System for Food & Beverage operations in hotels. Guestline™ EPoS utilises an intuitive touch screen to provide fast and reliable functionality to bar and restaurant staff. The system also integrates tightly with Guestline’s PMS products.

Recognising the evolving needs of hotels, Guestline has developed its next generation PMS, RezLynx™. The system is designed from the ground up as an internet native solution, taking advantage of the latest technology to deliver leading edge functionality. RezLynx™ is based on the ASP (Application Service Provider) model.
